This Privacy Policy explains how Butterfly AI LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you play Herpania (the "Game"), a turn-based hero RPG for Android. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
The Game saves progress only on your device. That save can include your champions, levels, masteries, team, dungeon progress, energy, currencies, owned gear, equipped gear, settings, and whether you have purchased Remove Ads. We cannot see this save. It is deleted when you uninstall the Game. Purchases can be restored from Google Play after you reinstall.
The Game uses the following third-party services, which may collect information automatically from your device:

We use the information described above only to run the Game, show ads that support the free version, process and restore purchases, and keep the Game working. We do not sell your personal information.
Data on your device is kept until you uninstall the Game or reset your local save. Purchases remain with your Google account according to Google Play's policies. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's retention policies.
The Game is a fantasy combat RPG. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we do not hold an account for you, most requests are best handled in your device settings or directly with Google. You can also contact us and we will help.
We rely on the security measures of Google Play, Google AdMob, and the operating system of your device. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

What data does Herpania collect? Herpania does not require an account. Game progress stays on your device. Google AdMob may collect an advertising identifier and device data to show ads, and Google Play processes in-app purchases.
Does Herpania show ads? An interstitial ad may play after a battle. Buying Remove Ads, or a bundle that includes it, turns those ads off.
